About Walk and Witness

Walk and Witness was born from the heart of a country girl who loved the simple rhythms of life but had to learn how to navigate a fast-paced city without losing her faith.

Somewhere between long schedules, constant demands, and a transactional social life, I realized I was running on empty. That’s until I learned to bring God into my workday.

I want to help you build daily “God-touchpoints” instead of relying on willpower alone, so you can stay spiritually alert and healthy in a busy world.

What Faith Oftentimes Feels Like

THE BELIEVER’S JOURNEY

Between work, responsibilities, and trying to keep up with life, making time for God can become a struggle. I’ve felt that, and at one point I wondered if Christians only have a choice between work and God.

They don’t have to choose one. And you shouldn’t, either.

I learnt that short, repeatable patterns are more sustainable than “perfect” 30‑minute sessions you rarely complete.

What You’ll Find Here

A WHOLESOME CHRISTIAN LIFE
Walk and Witness explores the Christian life, inspired by everyday experiences and guided by the Word of God. You’ll find:
  • Topical reflections on the Christian journey — life questions dealing with faith, giving, obedience, culture, and the absoluteness of truth.
  • Thoughtfully curated bit-sized resources for intentional discipleship  — spiritual growth for every believer.
  • An actual human accountability partner – apps and guides are great but they miss one thing; human check-in which goes a long way in encouragement.
  • Creative writing — fun short stories and poems to nourish the soul and stir the imagination.
  • African stories and travel — from peaceful village evenings to safari dreams, these moments celebrate the richness of African life and culture.
If you’re seeking spiritual clarity, encouragement to grow, or simply a quiet place for your heart to land, welcome.

But you can call me Liz.

I’m Elizabeth.

I’m a Bible teacher, professional writer, and a firm believer in the power of words to empower, heal, and inspire. Raised in the quiet beauty of the countryside, I’ve learned to value simplicity, faith, and authenticity.

I love gospel music, dancing, gardening, fashion styling, and all things nature. I find joy in dirt-under-my-fingernails kind of days and moonlit skies. My heart is most alive when I’m sharing God’s word or adding color and a smile to someone’s day.

Most importantly, I’m a born-again Christian, deeply loved by God and saved by His grace through Jesus Christ.

If you’re ready to explore the next steps in faith, I’d love to be a part of the journey with you!

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”–Acts 1:8

A witness testifies to a development (incident) after hearing, observation and experience. You can’t testify to what you haven’t encountered. It starts with walking with Him.

Walk and witness is an invitation to discipleship because Jesus is still calling us to follow Him, just as He did with the first disciples. Will you take the first step and walk with Christ?”
